RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
The employment relationship is a bona fide collaboration of the employer and the employee. Here's a non-exhaustive list of obligations.
EMPLOYER OBLIGATIONS:
The employer must:
•provide a healthy and safe working environment,
•organize the work in a way that the employees can perform their duites and practise their rights,•provide information and management,
•ensure that the employee can obtain the necessary knowledge for the job,
•pay the employees’ wages,•provide paid vacation (at least 20 days).
EMPLOYEE OBLIGATIONS:
The employee must:
• undergo a medical exam, if necessary for the job,•appear at the appointed time and place, fit forwork,
•stand-by for the employer during working hours,
•work and fulfill the job personally,
•fulfill the job with the expertise and care required of the position,
• work together and cooperate with their co-workers,•attend trainings/courses requried by the employer,
•preserve all pieces of confidential information and business secrets,•obey the orders of the employer (except where illegal).
